What to Expect
We are glad you are joining us for worship!
Sovereign Grace Bible Church is hosting a worship service on Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m. with a fellowship luncheon and a time of study and prayer to follow.You will find a faith family that is eager to ground themselves in faith and practice through the preaching and application of the Word of God.
May this be a time of refreshment, worship, growth and fellowship. Throughout worship, may you find refreshment in your soul by sing in praise, experience growth as we study under the preaching of the Word and gather together to know one another in fellowship. All for the purpose of growing more in holiness and spurring one another to love and good deeds.
You will find the preaching of the Word here at Sovereign Grace to be expository preaching.
Expository preaching is explaining or exposing the meaning of a text as the Holy Spirit intends it through the biblical author.
You will find yourself studying along with the preacher as they deal with passage in it’s literal, grammatical, historical context.
Additionally, you will grow in understanding the Bible so that we may apply it to our lives to be more in Christ-like .
